I suspect some story is coming out real soon to either make Hayden look bad or some candids, perhaps of her with Brian?
Who knows, but it's definitely STRANGE that we randomly get a story about her being a good mom from afar ...all of the sudden.

Okay crazy idea. I don't think that's how it happened but you never know.
What if it's not Hayden that wants nothing to do with Kaya? What if, during the ppd she couldn't form a relationship with kaya and wlad took advantage of it and maybe turned kaya against her? Not in manipulative way but just maybe he made her be more close to him and his mom. And when he took her to ukraine he didn't allowed hayden to take her back to usa? Maybe hayde really wants her daughter but wlad doesn't let her. She needs his approval to get her out of ukraine. I read a post here that someone said that he is all about image. And the way things are now he gets the image of the hot daddy who raises his daughter by himself while the mother is a trollop. If hayden wants kaya's custody she will have to open a case in an ukrainian court. I'm from ukraine. Trust me! There is no way in hell she will get custody! Wlad and Vitali are seen like Gods here. Wlad even more because now vitali is in politics and he has some retractors as well.
P.S. i sincerely doubt that's how it happened so please don't jump on me! Lol! It was an idea, something that could've happened. I don't know much about hayden but i do know everything about wlad and his family. Like i mentioned i'm from Ukraine even if i live in america now. Of course Hayden doesn't want to do anything with Kaya, she's an ADDICT right now chasing a high over wanting to be around her daughter. Hayden only cares for drinking/drugs and Brian right now.
Kaya is also American though, just because she's "living in Ukraine" (which I don't believe entirely since she goes to school in Germany) doesn't mean she's 100% Ukrainian LOL. If she was born in Ukraine that would be a different story because the argument could be, "She's Ukrainian" (even though by blood she's half and half). No offense, Ukrainians are the worst when it comes to this Kaya deal cause I've noticed Ukrainians seem to act as if Kaya is 100% Ukrainian and completely want to ignore the fact that her MOTHER is AMERICAN. I'm so glad Hayden clearly had some say in where Kaya was born.
Fact is, she's half American and she was born in America therefore IF Hayden did want to go after Kaya (which she doesn't) it could def get messy for both but Hayden especially since she's had a pattern of being in and out of rehab facilities for several years and now look at her in recent year or two. She'd never win a case with how she is right now. Besides, it's clear Kaya doesn't know her. I'm sure with given the belief of how CONTROLLING Wlad is, there was some contract deal between the two.

To add this, IF Hayden ever gets clean, drops her boyfriend and re-invents herself, I'm sure she could get back into Kaya's life.

We’ve all speculated that he’s more than likely totally controlling the situation, but for good reason...she’s a mess. We also noticed he has selfish tendencies (like most successful sportsmen). He probably could have been more accommodating by staying more often in the US with the kid while she was working on Nashville and couldn’t leave. Would have been easier for her to bond with her daughter. He used to spend more time in the US before, since he got the daughter with him in Europe full time, he’s rarely here. He definitely has reason to not let her have the daughter with her in the US now...even with a nanny. She’s drinking and who knows what else. Sorry to detract from all other points but is Kaya really in school in Germany?! They don’t start school until later there so I would presume she would be in a pre-school, and I thought his mum was helping raise her and she’s in Ukraine?
