Is it a shock she'd date someone who would abuse her? I never believed in those rumors about her liking to be beat or whatever those old rumors were. I don't buy it. She used to have her life together until she had a baby. The shock here is that she would date a trashy BUM and allow a BUM to repeatedly beat on her and control her life when he's a nobody. Then again, she's a drunk/druggie whatever so it's not too surprising. I meant more about her dad being an impulsive idiot. He did hit her mother didn't he? |

What‘s the difference between jail and prison? In other languages there‘s no differentiation there lol. Jail is where you go when you first get arrested and usually where you stay until your trial or until you post bail. If you get under a year sentence, you'll spend your months in jail vs going to a Prison. Prison is where one goes when they've received their sentence that is longer than a year. It's supposed to be worse than Jail. Jail is usually worse than prison tho. From my understanding. |

Side topic.....I'm pretty sure Hayden didn't press charges on Brian cause there is no report on her end and also no mugshot of him which I find weird. I'd never spend money on keeping things hidden like that.

I'd never spend money on keeping things hidden like that. Probably not. Sometimes we get to see the mugshot and sometimes not. It’s weird we didn’t get to see the college scam parents mug shots. I assume nobody really cares enough to see Brian’s (besides us.....and Wlad 😉lol) I’d like to see the report. I’m wondering exactly what happened there. Whatever happened, they really should re-evaluate their drinking when they’ve been involved with fights and cops twice in a few months......oh, and your kid lives across the world, not seeing you 90+% of the time ☹️ |

Brian was bailed out by her too, I believe the entire 50,000 was paid from what I saw on the bail document so Hayden definitely paid it and she's definitely not going to pursue charges. Just weird that in other domestic violence cases (not all), we'll get a picture or a better lengthy report but with them we didn't. "Suspicion" of Domestic Violence says it all. Like you said before, she will be another Lovato or a Spears in the end. Hayden only cares for herself and her needs over worrying about Kaya. |
